How did you originally become Dr. Shnitzel?
I work in a Chabad outreach program in Teaneck, New Jersey, so in our camp I started dressing up and doing fun science experiments with the kids and slowly people started to call for birthday parties and camps.
What type of science experiments do you do?
We do all sorts of experiments such as science of air, gravity, for example we talk about how birds fly using the wind as well as airplanes and we demonstrate by covering the crowd with toilet paper.
We also talk about brushing the teeth and eating healthy and we demonstrate by having a bucket throw up a chemical reaction called elephant toothpaste. The kids always love that.
My job is to add happiness and joy to children's lives and, hopefully not just with the experiments but with the whole experience of Dr. Shnitzel, we make them happy.
Do you plan to make Dr. Shnitzel videos?
Yes we already have one video on YouTube Dr Shnitzel Wacky Science and more to come on many different platforms.

I do, but only when it's warm, lol.
What is the most gratifying feedback you receive after a performance?
I once did a show for children who need a speedy recovery from different illnesses. And after the show a child's mother asked if I could take a picture with him because he is going through a big surgery in a few days and a picture with me would make him happy.
