An interview with Mike and Alex Averbukh, the two talented YouTube and Instagram stars who role-play fun everyday scenarios.

How do you come up with your many fun ideas for videos?
Alex: Well, our mom makes pretty good ideas.

Mike: All the videos we do, she makes the idea. They're always good, we get a bunch of views and everything.

Your Instagram features the two of you occupied in a wide array of activities and sports, including skateboarding, martial arts, canoeing and much more. It's very impressive. How do you make time for it all?
Alex: Mostly, sometimes we're on vacation and the other times we're bored and the other times it's like we have a class or something, so yeah.

Mike: We don't make all the time, but we make it 99% of the time.

Do you guys hope to wind up in Hollywood?
Mike and Alex: YES!

Question for Alex: You recently acted in the award-winning HBO film "Playing Through." Tell us a little bit about the film, and what was it like taking part in it?
Alex: It was actually really fun filming it. I was only in one scene, but it took 8 hours. So, it was really long. I was kind of tired during that, but it was also really worth it because they had a bunch of snacks, which I love, because I love every single type of food. (I'm actually really hungry right now, I could really go for like a Sprite or something.) And they had lunch there and they had like eggrolls or something there, it was really good. And I think they had Chinese fortune cookies. Yeah, I'm pretty sure they had fortune cookies there too, so it was really good.

Question for Mike: In a lot of the videos on your channel, you dress up a lot. One of your running gags is to play "Mom," which is pretty funny. Did you come up with that idea?
Mike: Well, I wouldn't say I came up with all of it, but I came up with a little bit. And I'm happy that it makes you laugh!
